Designed for connection, laughter, and meaningful time together. Your group will have the entire space, including two private canvas wall tents, set up with a 2 queen and 2 single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
You’ll also have full access to our kitchen, bathroom, and common areas, including the fire pit. A filling, fresh, and delicious breakfast prepared by Olivia & Taylor is included for a relaxing start to your day. Simply choose either Saturday or Sunday morning. Spend your days relaxing, exploring, and enjoying optional add-on experiences. Your evenings shall be spent unwinding together under the prairie sky.

Outlaw Oasis
A comfortable place to lay your head while enjoying western decor. Take a break from the busyness of everyday life while getting to escape into a comfortable wall tent that combines the comfort of your bedroom with decor that is inspired by Olivia’s personal style. With a handmade bedframe, refurbished spools as end tables and linens as fresh as the air outside it will feel like a getaway deep in the mountain valleys. Inside you will find the stirrups Olivia rode her first bronc in as well as many other rustic touches to reinforce that western feel.
Wildflower Stay
Step into Wildflower, a cozy canvas tent designed for rest, calm, and connection within nature. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bed with soft bed linens. You will be surrounded by dried flowers, natural wood accents, and the gentle glow of vintage details. The subtle scent of essential oils fills the air, creating a soothing, herbal atmosphere. Whether you’re here to relax, read, or simply daydream, Wildflower is your little sanctuary of calm.
Our Kitchen
Our kitchen is equipped with all the staples you will need. This is to ensure you can cook comfortably while still enjoying the fresh air. You will have running cold water, a propane stove, and a cooler stocked with ice to keep your food fresh.
We provide all the essentials: salt, pepper, spices, cooking utensils, plates, coffee cups, drinking glasses, dishware, paper towels, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. There’s also a sink for washing dishes, making cleanup simple and easy.
All you need to bring is your food and drinks, we have taken care of the rest. Drinking water is also available for your convenience.
Food Basket
Make your stay even easier with our optional food baskets, designed to take the stress out of meals so you can fully relax and enjoy your time at Wild Meadows.
Choose from breakfast, lunch, or supper. Each basket will be packed with fresh ingredients and simple step-by-step instructions so you can cook something for yourself. This will take the pressure off of having to come up with multiple meals for your stay.
